About Russ Romero:

Russ Romero is Managing Director and Head of Institutional Solutions at PEG. He leads the Institutional Solutions Group and oversees PEG’s global institutional distribution strategy, strengthening relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors and consultants to expand the firm’s reach across the real assets landscape.

With more than 20 years of experience in institutional fundraising and relationship management, Russ brings deep expertise in capital formation and investor engagement. Before joining PEG, he was a senior member of the institutional distribution and relationship management teams at Oaktree Capital Management and CIM Group, where he managed allocator and consultant relationships in the U.S. and Canada across multistrategy investment platforms. He began his career at Western Asset Management Company as a client service and marketing associate.

Russ holds a BS in Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Southern California. His leadership of the Institutional Solutions Group plays a key role in advancing PEG’s mission to provide innovative, risk-adjusted real assets solutions to a global investor base.
