About Loren:

Loren Berkley is Managing Director of Hospitality. He oversees portfolio management of our hotel portfolio and leads strategy and execution of new hospitality acquisitions. Loren began his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts before shifting into hotel brokerage with HREC Investment Advisors where he focused on nationwide valuation and transaction advisory.

Loren later moved to the buy side with Lodging Capital Partners where he spent ten years in acquisitions and asset management, helping lead the team in building a portfolio of upper upscale and luxury hotels throughout the United States with a portfolio valuation of approximately $750M.

Loren graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Hotel Administration & Hospitality. His “full circle” asset class experience over 18-years brings PEG a unique perspective on portfolio management, transactional oversight, and a breadth of industry relationships for PEG to leverage its portfolio with.
