About Kyle:

Kyle Early is a commercial real estate private equity and credit professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, capital raising, and managing investments across the risk spectrum. As Managing Director of Residential at PEG Companies, he leads the firm’s residential investment strategies, expands offerings for institutional and private wealth clients, and oversees investment sourcing and execution.  

Previously, Kyle was Managing Director at Greystar Investment Management, where he launched and led the firm’s loan origination platform. He also served as Senior Vice President at Vanbarton Group, overseeing Western U.S. acquisitions and loan originations, and was Vice President at CIM Group, managing investments across credit, core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.  

Kyle specializes in principal investing, structured finance, portfolio management, and capital formation. His expertise includes acquiring stabilized and value-add assets, originating bridge and construction loans, and structuring equity and debt financing.  

He received a BA in History and American Studies from Tulane University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley. At PEG, he leverages an institutional approach with an entrepreneurial mindset to source and execute compelling residential investment opportunities for PEG’s institutional and private wealth clients.
