Graydon Pearson

Graydon Pearson is the President of InGroup Hospitality (IGH). He and his team oversee property management for the majority of PEG’s hospitality properties.

Graydon has over 20 years of experience handling new construction, renovation, and operations, with major hotel brands including Hilton Hotels Group, Marriott International Hyatt Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotels Group. He spent his upbringing working for the family business, Pearson Hospitality Group. An opportunity emerged for the Pearson Hospitality Group to partner with PEG companies in a joint-0venture agreement, and that is how InGroup Hospitality was formed. IGH and its hundreds of employees deliver tremendous value to guests while bringing top-notch management solutions to hotel owners like PEG Companies.

Graydon received a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Utah. He also serves on many volunteer and non-profit boards including Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, PDG Foundation, and the Utah Valley Tax Advisory Board.
