Garett Bjorkman

In 2024, PEG Companies reached a defining moment in which the organization committed to invest in further establishing PEG as a world-class asset manager. As part of that commitment, PEG appointed Garett Bjorkman as Co-Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic vision for PEG as it expands its investment products and platforms.

Garett's multifaceted approach to growing PEG encompasses portfolio management, capital markets, client relations, and an institutional product development strategy. Over the next several years, Garett plans to diversify PEG's investment offerings that are tailored for different client channels with a commitment to client service. As Co-CEO, Garett is passionate about driving top-tier performance across PEG's integrated service companies, setting a new benchmark for excellence.

Garett brings a wealth of highly relevant experience to PEG. Previously, Garett spent nine years at CIM Group, where he was a Managing Director and portfolio manager for CIM's private real estate credit and build-to-core equity development strategies. During his time at CIM, Garett led a team that launched CIM's credit platform, which grew assets under management by over $10 billion. Garett was also responsible for launching and overseeing CIM's build-to-core equity development strategy which grew assets under management by over $2.5 billion. Prior to CIM, Garett held positions at various real estate private equity managers in investments, capital markets and investor relations.

Garett's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and International Business from Denver University.
