Debra Spohn

Debra Spohn is the President of PEG Property Group. She and her team oversee property management for the majority of PEG’s commercial and residential properties.

Debra has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily property management industry. She began her career as the owner and founder of Concept Property Management, a firm that specialized in repositioning assets, capital improvements, condo conversions, and assisting clients with their investment goals. After selling the company in 2006, Debra played a key role in growing a small group of about 2,500 multifamily units into a sophisticated portfolio of nearly 35,000 units.

Debra is a licensed Utah Real Estate broker holds a CMP designation. She studied Business at Brigham Young University.
