Interim Chief Executive Officer / Board Member
Brigg Bunker is a seasoned real estate executive and strategic leader with deep expertise in development, investment, and asset management across various asset classes. He currently serves as PEG’s Interim CEO, where he oversees the firm’s development and management divisions, leads underwriting and due diligence efforts, and helps guide the company’s overall strategic direction. In this role, he also leads the firm’s Investment Committee, ensuring rigorous oversight and excellence across projects.
Prior to his current leadership position, Brigg built a strong foundation in private equity, multifamily development and construction, and real estate acquisitions, bringing a blend of analytical rigor and hands-on execution to complex real estate ventures. He is also actively serving as a partner at Blue Diamond Capital, one of PEG’s longest partnering firms.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is actively engaged in the real estate community, chaired the NoMa Business Improvement District in Washington DC and has served on the NAIOP National Mixed-Use Board and NMHC Development and Construction Board.
Brigg is also deeply committed to philanthropic leadership. He serves on the Foundation Board for Children’s Hospital Orange County and held leadership roles with Children’s National Hospital, championing collaborations that support pediatric health and community well-being.
Brigg holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, equipping him with both financial acumen and strategic vision.
